Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using Orange Pages (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can result in content removal, suspension, or termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited content and activities

Do not use the Service to offer, seek, advertise, facilitate, or engage in:

• Anything illegal, or services that would be illegal to provide or buy.
• Weapons, controlled substances, stolen goods or data, counterfeit items, or other regulated or contraband goods and services.
• Fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or Ponzi/pyramid schemes.
• Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual services where illegal.
• Malware, hacking-for-hire, credential theft, or other harmful technical services.
• Infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights.

2. Conduct toward others

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or incitement of violence.
• No doxxing or publishing others’ private information without consent.
• No impersonation of others or misrepresentation of your identity or affiliations.

3. Listings

• List only genuine, lawful services you can actually provide.
• Be accurate about pricing, availability, location, and what you offer.
• No spam, duplicate, misleading, or off-topic listings.

4. Review integrity

The value of the Service depends on honest reviews. Do not:

• Write fake, paid, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews.
• Review yourself, people you have not genuinely worked with, or trade reviews.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or coerce others over reviews.

5. Platform integrity and security

• No automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or abuse of the API beyond normal use.
• No attempts to evade rate limits, moderation, or access controls, and no attacks on the Service or its infrastructure.
• No creating engagements or reports in bad faith, or abusing the reporting system.

6. Reporting and enforcement

Use the report controls in the app to flag content that violates this Policy, or contact us at legal@orangepages.space. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Because work happens off-platform, you are responsible for your own safety and due diligence when dealing with other users.
